What we collect

Your account email (we use passwordless magic links, so we never store a password), the organization map you build (your organization, role, and the entities and topics you ask Maude to follow), the briefings prepared for you, your feedback on them, and — if you request pilot access — the details you submit on the request form. If you use the audio briefing, we store the generated episodes so your podcast feed works.

How we use it

To make the product work: your map drives what Maude monitors, and your feedback tunes what earns space in future briefings. We may use product analytics to understand how the service is used. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your map or your briefings with other customers.

Who processes it

Maude runs on a small set of service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI that drafts syntheses), ElevenLabs (audio narration), Resend (email delivery), and, where enabled, PostHog (product analytics). Each receives only what its role requires.

Your choices

Your map is visible and editable in the product at any time. You can stop the briefing by adjusting your delivery settings or asking us to close your account — closing it removes your profile and map from the active service. For any privacy question or request, contact us and a person will answer.
