The service
Maude is a personalized executive briefing service, currently offered as a private pilot. Access is by approval; pilot seats are free while we tune the product with design partners, and either side can end a pilot at any time. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves — visible changes are recorded in the in-product changelog.
Briefings are information, not advice
Briefings are synthesized from public sources by AI with a source trail attached. They can contain errors, and they are not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Decisions you make remain yours; for consequential claims, inspect the cited sources.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in email secure — magic links grant access to your account. The organization map you build is yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it (monitoring the entities you list and preparing your briefings). Your briefings are prepared for you and are not shared with other customers.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, resell access, or use it to violate the law or others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties, during the pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it (during the free pilot, that is zero).
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell pilots directly by email before the change takes effect.
