The service
Maude is operated by Eleved.ai LLC (“we,” “us”). Maude is a personalized executive briefing service. You build an organization map, and Maude prepares briefings for you from public sources — to read, or to hear in your podcast app. We may change or improve features as the product evolves; visible changes are recorded in the in-product changelog.
Who can use Maude
Maude is currently available only to people in the United States who are 18 or older, and subscribing requires a US-issued card. Each subscription is for one person — please don't share your account or resell access to it.
Price and automatic renewal
Maude is one plan with every feature included, for $49 per month in US dollars. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your card $49 each month through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.We don't currently charge sales tax; if that changes, we'll tell you by email before it appears on a bill. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and stored by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
The free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes everything and requires no card. There is one free trial per person. If you add a card during the trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends: your first $49 charge is on the day it ends, and your subscription renews monthly from then. If the trial ends without a card, nothing is charged and your briefings stop. You can resume at any time by adding a card, which starts a paid subscription right away.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month: your briefings continue until then, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund or credit partial months, except where the law requires it. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a period while your briefings continue. If it still can't be collected, your subscription ends and your briefings stop; you can resume by adding a working card.
Price changes
If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you'd rather not continue.
Briefings are information, not advice
Briefings are synthesized from public sources by AI with a source trail attached. They can contain errors, and they are not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Decisions you make remain yours; for consequential claims, inspect the cited sources.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in email secure — magic links grant access to your account. The organization map you build is yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it (monitoring the entities you list and preparing your briefings). Your briefings are prepared for you and are not shared with other customers.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, resell access, or use it to violate the law or others' rights. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
If we discontinue Maude
If we ever stop offering the service, we'll tell you by email in advance and refund any amount you've paid for time after it ends.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
